There are no issues to report, you have been successful in your new role. Your target for the next performance report is to stabilise the organisation with active members ensuring we keep 24 active but quality members, ensure supervisors are using the operations page to keep ontop of activity, ensure that line managers are keeping in regular contact with their team members now the teams are smaller.

Omar has been proactively managing VaultCorp and consistently brings fresh ideas to improve daily operations, often introducing them in a fun and engaging way. I appreciate his initiative in taking charge of the employee of the month system, and I’m eager to see the results of his efforts. His task delegation skills are solid, though I would advise him, as we say in Dutch, not to take on too much hay on your fork. Overall, Omar's contributions have been positive and forward-thinking.
Omar has been steadily active to provide insight and remain a social glue for the team! He's critical to bouncing off for unique insight and partly inspires the design Vault is seeing today! Despite personal challenges, he's partaken in discussions all over Vault Corp, rather employment or strategy, but is seen twice as often in the upper-echelon channels. Don't forget, you are a Line Manager to two very critical supervisors - so your presence and availability to them is key to their teams success. Despite activity, I'd say I am more then pleased with the support, service and insight Omar has provided over the month of September! Hope to see much more following October, keep it up!
Chin Won has been with us for a short time in the organisation but has progressed up the ranks very rapidly and for good reason. I have handpicked R3D for his latest role of Vault Counsellor and already believe he is doing a great job jumping straight into action ensuring that our outstanding jobs are complete and that members know what they are doing, he is even mentoring our newest supervisor to a good standard.
