Hi, I'm Daniel Connor. I manage orders and oversee technical operations at VaultCorp. I'm also responsible for developing our strategy and ensuring business continuity. My goal is to keep things organized and efficient. I'm also a developer for the VaultCorp website! I like Lego and cats!
I have just realised Daniel hasn't had a performance review since February 2025. Daniel is a useful member of the command team but is largely unavailable due to temporary personal commitments. Daniel is responsible for two teams which currently both have supervision, Team Charlie is lacking some supervision as the leader has barely met our activity requirements, and as such their team has three vacancies. The goal for next review is that Team Charlie is filled and that the supervisor is supported in ensuring this happens.
Daniel continues to showcase strong skills in website development, consistently delivering high-quality work that reflects on his technical expertise His abilities and efficiency in troubleshooting have been essential in maintaining and improving the organisation’s website.
Beyond his technical contributions, Daniel’s willingness to step in and support the team whether fixing issues or refining processes does not go unnoticed.
Daniel has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in website development, delivering high-quality work that highlights his technical expertise and creativity. His efficiency in troubleshooting and implementing solutions has been instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's online presence. In the absence of Casey Heller I will be completing this performance report. Daniel Connor has provided great development assistance to the organisation, most notably through the Discord Bot which is working very well for us. Daniel has taken ownership of some difficult situations recently most notably issues between employees, he has handled them very well and taken ownership of the recruitment of replacement employees. The next objective I would like to set is the same as Casey Heller, to ensure the organisation returns to full capacity and that results from the employee satisfaction survey are worked on.
I wanted to personally recognize Mr. Connors performance for the month of September. The Command office has noticed service above and beyond that originally asked or expected of Daniel. His attention-to-detail and proactive work upholding the Vault Market with his counterparts are extraordinary, he participates in active discussion when evaluating applicants for the corporation and has shown to us that he is responsible in both managing and executing tasks. On top of this, he takes a level of courtesy and professionalism that is unseen elsewhere internally or externally. Daniel is truly distinguished in his ability to lead and helps hold the Vault Corporation standard held high even amongst his peers, and we hope to continue to see that.
