Casey has previously demonstrated strong potential in their role, with past contributions reflecting both capability and leadership. However, their recent inactivity has made it more challenging for them to stay connected with the team, particularly with newer members who have had fewer opportunities to collaborate with them.
Re-engaging with the team through regular participation and communication would help strengthen relationships and reinforce their valuable presence. Small, consistent efforts—such as joining discussions, playing with varied members in game, contributing insights, or checking in with colleagues more regularly—can go a long way in rebuilding connections and fostering a more active role within the team.

Casey Heller has been on inactivity recently therefore I cannot comment on ingame activity, however has met objective set in the last performance report, being the promotion of automation. The organisation has certainly increased in automation thanks to better quality leadership from counsellor to supervisor. The next objective I set is to ensure the organisation is reinstated to full capacity and the release of employee satisfaction results.
Casey Heller has demonstrated continued support towards Vault Corporation, would like to see the organisation to continue running by itself without my input and Casey is the best placed person for ensuring this takes place. I like the use of initiative to raise a training session for supervisors.
Cal Heller has stuck with the organisation throughout his ban and been a very valuable asset to where the organisation is today. Cal has used initiative in creating new partnerships and ensuring supervisors have the right tools for their job.
