While he has not yet met established performance criteria, this is due to his recent reentry into the company and the natural transition period required to reacclimate. You had some feedback around insufficient in-game activity from our survey but this is likely going to involve your planned inactivity which is fine, you seem to have smashed the activity score on the website even with in-game bits like basing. I have just realised Daniel hasn't had a performance review since February 2025. Daniel is a useful member of the command team but is largely unavailable due to temporary personal commitments. Daniel is responsible for two teams which currently both have supervision, Team Charlie is lacking some supervision as the leader has barely met our activity requirements, and as such their team has three vacancies. The goal for next review is that Team Charlie is filled and that the supervisor is supported in ensuring this happens.
