  • 1a General Conduct
    The organisation will not tolerate abuse, disrespect or dishonesty in any form, we expect everyone to uphold our image by ensuring their actions do not deteriorate our sovereignty
  • 1b Data Integrity
    The organisation prohibits sharing data from permission-locked sources with anyone other than authorised members, regardless of intent, and expects all information entered on the website to be factual and honest to the best of your belief
  • 2a Activity and Engagement
    The minimum activity standard is the organisation-wide monthly average, and all employees must meet a satisfactory score or higher. If this cannot be met, an inactivity notice must be created, and a three-day improvement period applies between each stage of disciplinary action for employees ranked operative and above
  • 2b Server Punishments
    The organisation will issue internal sanctions for any server punishments that undermine our sovereignty, reputation, safeguarding or activity
  • 2c Organisation Withdrawal
    The organisation expects employees wishing to end their service to submit a three-day resignation notice to their line manager, after which they will be removed from the organisation
  • 3a Roles and Progression
    The organisation will only progress members beyond apprentice upon receiving a satisfactory performance report. The organisation may reinstate members to any equal or below role provided they are returning within 28 days
  • 3b Order Management
    The organisation is not involved in financial transactions and expects crafters to handle payment directly with customers at catalogue prices during delivery. Any orders not crafted or collected within the allocated timeframe may be cancelled, and customers may be restricted from placing future orders
  • 3c Investigation Standards
    The organisation requires that all misconduct decisions are based on a fair and proportionate investigation, which includes a defendant statement, except in circumstances where obtaining a statement would not materially affect the outcome
  • 4a Raiding and Combat
    The organisation forbids hostile actions towards employees or partners. It is also forbidden to scam anybody or target new players. If combat occurs, members must join teamspeak
  • 4b Corporate Properties
    The organisation expects members to hold their weapon out when possible, keep chemical tables and workbenches in use, make reasonable attempts to re-obtain properties and perk equipment prior to disconnecting, and conduct themselves in a way that avoids detection by police
  • 4c Uniform Standards
    The organisation expects all members to wear the uniform as documented within the employee onboarding training at all times
  • 4d Organisation Storage
    The organisation expects members to act courteously and reasonably when taking items, ensuring fair access for others and respecting shared resources
